AUSTRALIA:

All orders are fully insured and shipped via Australia Post Express, or Platinum Post for orders over AU$100.

Following shipment, orders can be expected to arrive in one or two business days (Monday through Friday).

INTERNATIONAL:

All international orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority and are guaranteed and insured for door-to-door delivery. Please be aware that possible taxes, duties or other fees may be imposed by customs which is the liability of the customer.

The best way to ensure the correct finger size is to come in and have your finger measured or use the services of a local jeweller. If you unable to do this, request a complimentary ring sizer, complete with instructions.

RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS IF YOU’RE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept items in its original condition for an exchange or full refund if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Items must be unworn and unaltered, without custom engraving and returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
