Shipping to an Alternate Address

We will only ship to a street address and not a P.O. Box.

To help protect our customers against fraud, we will not ship orders over $1000 to an alternate address. If you wish to ship to an alternate address, please call your credit card company to add the alternate address to your account.

Shipping within Australia

All orders are fully insured and shipped via Australia Post Express, or Platinum Post for orders over AU$100.

Following shipment, orders can be expected to arrive in one or two business days (Monday through Friday).

International Shipping

International orders are accepted from almost anywhere outside Australia. All international orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority and is guaranteed and insured for door-to-door delivery. Please be aware that possible taxes, duties or other fees may be imposed by customs which is the liability of the customer.
